A student from San Diego who is 23 years, Daniel Chong, denounced the DEA (the U.S. drug agency) it was held in a cell at least, incommunicado and without food or drink for five days. Chong was even forced to drink their own urine to survive.
According to his complaint, Young was arrested in a raid in San Diego on 21 April. He had apparently gone to a party where there was a drug raid. He has admitted that the party was smoking marijuana.
